Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage 

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for fire doors manufactured by Shenzhen Longhui Sanhe Safety Technology Group 

("the Manufacturer"). The warranty period is ONE years from the date of purchase or installation, whichever occurs first.

2. Scope of Warranty

The warranty applies to the following components of the fire door: 

- Door leaf 

- Door frame 

- Intumescent seals 

- Fire-rated hardware (hinges, handles, locks, etc.) 

- Door closer (if included) 

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover: 

- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect. 

- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage. 

- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel. 

- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., flooding, earthquakes). 

- Non-compliance with maintenance guidelines provided by the Manufacturer. 

4. Warranty Claims  

To make a warranty claim, the following steps must be followed: 

1. Notify the Manufacturer or authorized dealer in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect. 

2. Provide proof of purchase or installation date. 

3. Allow the Manufacturer or its representative to inspect the product and determine the cause of the defect. 

5. Remedies 

If a defect is confirmed under this warranty, the Manufacturer will, at its discretion: 

- Repair the defective component(s). 

- Replace the defective component(s). 

- Replace the entire fire door if necessary. 

6. Limitations 

- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. 

- The Manufacturer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. 

- The warranty is valid only if the fire door is installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the Manufacturer's guidelines and local fire safety regulations. 

7. Maintenance Requirements 

To maintain the warranty, the purchaser must: 

- Regularly inspect the fire door for damage or wear. 

- Perform routine maintenance as specified in the Manufacturer's maintenance guide. 

- Use only Manufacturer-approved replacement parts for repairs. 

8. Governing Law 

This warranty is governed by the laws, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
